Accounting Product Clerk Department: Shared Services Reports to: Asst. Controller Fulltime/Non-Exempt Job Summary Rochester Motor Cars is seeking a highly motivated Accounting Product Clerk to join our team in Rochester, Minnesota. This is a full-time, dayshift, onsite position in the fast-paced and exciting auto industry. The Accounting Product Clerk will be responsible for accurately and efficiently managing all products remittances and cancellations as well as other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for the automotive industry. Core Responsibilities

• Handle product remittance
• Handle product cancellations
• Process all cancellation refunds due to our customers or financial institutions
• Assist with various administrative tasks as delegated by management

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education required; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately manage data and numbers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
