Position Description
Objective: To lead your team in alignment with the company’s strategic goals, focusing on growth, team development, product improvement, and profitability.
An Assistant Program Manager collaborates with the Program Manager to plan and execute projects for the company. Their responsibilities include identifying clients’ or stakeholders’ project needs and goals, creating a detailed plan to successfully complete a project, and organizing project documents for future reference.
