Job Summary:
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the Breckenridge housing portfolio. This individual will work with the Summit County Housing Manager to help execute the Employee Housing strategy to ensure support of our current and future business needs. They will help guide Employee Housing ensuring alignment to provide an Experience of a Lifetime, which includes creating a safe, inclusive, vibrant and affordable housing environment that is compliant with all regulatory requirements. This individual will help partner with multiple internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including business leaders, employees, vendors, and community resources.

The expected pay range is $55,000 - $61,160. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
