Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our Aurora storage facility. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, has an eye for detail, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and secure property.

Key Responsibilities
As the Assistant Property Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
Customer Engagement:
- Actively engaging with potential and current customers to understand their storage needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience by being approachable, professional, and responsive to inquiries and concerns.
- Facilitating the rental process, from showcasing available units to completing lease agreements.
Operational Excellence:
- Monitoring and managing daily property operations to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and security.
- Conducting regular property inspections, including lock checks and unit walkthroughs, to ensure all areas meet company standards.
- Handling financial transactions, including processing payments and making bank deposits.
- Managing inventory and selling retail items such as locks and packing supplies.
Facility Maintenance:
- Performing light maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and replacing light bulbs to maintain a pristine facility.
- Assisting with the upkeep of the property’s exterior, ensuring landscaping, fencing, and parking areas are well-maintained.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests and coordinating with contractors as needed.

Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for helping people.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Is comfortable using basic computer applications and learning new software.
- Holds a valid driver’s license and has reliable transportation.
- Is physically capable of performing tasks that involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Can work Saturdays and understands that some locations may require Sunday hours.
