We are currently hiring an Automotive Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team in our Alburtis, PA office! Not only are we seeking a team member with customer service experience, but someone who brings a can-do, proactive attitude to their work. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As an Automotive Customer Service Specialist in our Customer Experience department, you will be the friendly voice and quick fingers behind our email, social media, phone, and online chat support. Your priority is ensuring our customers have a smooth and happy experience with us!

Additional responsibilities include:

• Promptly respond to inquiries, provide order support, and assist customers in selecting products while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Deliver clear, empathetic, and consistent resolutions, collaborate with departments as needed, and ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups.
• Manage orders, returns, and exchanges, and use customer feedback to suggest process improvements.
• Develop expertise in Toyota off-road products and offer personalized recommendations based on customer needs.

LOCATION + SCHEDULE

• On-site in our Alburtis, PA office
• Full-time Schedule
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8-hour days – Flexible start time between 6 am – 8 am

The Automotive Customer Service Specialist is adaptable, detail-oriented, enthusiastic about learning, and ready to positively contribute to the team, while maintaining focus on the greater good of the customer.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong familiarity with computers and fast typing abilities
• Organization and strong attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Toyota vehicle knowledge is a bonus!
