Job Description

Position Overview: As an Audio Visual Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of a wide range of audiovisual equipment at various customer locations. This role requires adaptability, as assignments may change from day to day or week to week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure TVs, projectors, speakers, microphone systems, and control server racks according to specifications and customer requirements.
• Conduct thorough testing of installed equipment to ensure functionality and quality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with customers and colleagues to deliver exceptional service and support.
• Document installation procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in audiovisual installation and maintenance, preferably in a customer-facing role. (preferred, but not required)
• Proficiency in handling various audiovisual equipment, including TVs, projectors, speakers, microphones, and control systems. (preferred, but not required)
• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing work assignments and schedules.
