Our organization is seeking a provider of in-home, and in-school ABA services. We are actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has a passion for kids and is enthusiastic about working with children with special needs. T he successful candidate will be responsible for developing treatment intervention plans, meeting with parents for training, and providing ongoing supervision to technicians. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working as a BCBA for at least 1 year, is flexible, and is culturally competent.

Requirements:
Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analyst
Valid BCBA Certification
Reliable car, drivers license, and car insurance
Effective time management and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively communicate with parents, therapist and other medical personnel
Strong leadership skills
Medicaid number (preferred)
Working with children: 2 years (Preferred)
Bilingual- Spanish Speaking (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
Develop amp; monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
Supervise team of Behavioral Technicians
Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children
Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing behavior and teaching replacement behavior through ABA Therapy
Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed/clinically warranted
Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and progress
Design positive behavior support and skill acquisition plans with individualized behavioral goals
Train parents, caregivers and behavior therapist staff who implement plans with children on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Have experience working with children diagnosed with autism, Down syndrome and/or other developmental disorders.
Education:
