Job Description:

As a CPA with our client, you will be instrumental in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. Your expertise will be crucial in managing financial records, processing payroll, overseeing banking activities, and supporting audit and budgeting processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
• Oversee and process payroll efficiently and accurately.
• Handle banking transactions, including account reconciliations.
• Assist with internal and external audits to ensure adherence to standards.
• Develop and manage budgets, including variance analysis and financial reporting.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic financial decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience in financial accounting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Experience with payroll processing, banking, and audit procedures.
• Solid background in budgeting and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
