Job Overview:

We are looking for a visionary and collaborative Chief Medical Officer to lead our dedicated medical team. In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional patient care and advancing our mission of excellence in healthcare delivery. You will oversee the performance of clinical operations and ensure that our psychiatric services meet the highest standards of quality and ethics.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the medical and nursing staff, ensuring effective daily coverage and maintaining high standards of care. Continuously evaluate and enhance staff performance.

Uphold HIPAA regulations to ensure the confidentiality and privacy of patient information.

Collaborate closely with the Chief Clinical Officer and Executive Committee to develop and refine psychiatric and substance use disorder programs for individuals of all ages.

Integrate substance use disorder treatment into psychiatric care to achieve the best clinical outcomes, fostering a comprehensive, team-based approach to program management and quality care.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years in clinical practice, with substantial experience across the full age spectrum (child to geriatric) and in outpatient settings.

At least 3 years of progressive experience in managing and leading clinical programs and supervising psychiatric providers.

Strong understanding of community mental health service delivery systems.

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and experience in maintaining patient confidentiality.

Experience in crisis intervention and treatment involving multiple disciplines and systems of care.

Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $175,000 - $195,000 per year
