Estimators x 2 - Commercial Roofing

Kansas City, MO

$90k - $110k (depending on experience) + Bonus

Opportunity

• You will be working for a leading commercial roofing contractor. As the latest phase in their
• expansion plans, they will soon be opening a new branch in Kansas City, so you will initially
• work from home until the new branch is open.
• To start with, you will bid on new construction roofing jobs and, as the branch grows, this will
• Develop into a mixture of re-roofing and new construction work.
• You will join a winning team of high performers striving for excellence, who support one

• You will need to have at least 3 years commercial roofing estimating experience
• Strong technical knowledge of low-slope roof systems
• The ability to produce estimates for re-roofs and from plans and specifications
• Experience using the Edge estimating software preferred, although training will be
  provided if required
• You will need to live in (or be prepared to relocate to) Kansas City, as the role will be
  office based as soon as the new branch is operational.
