SalesBizLab We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, the Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our internal database systems. This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail as the integrity of our data is vital for our operational success. 

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Miami, FL

Responsibilities: 

• Input and update data accurately into the database systems.
• Verify and cross-reference data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain records of data input and any changes made.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry as required.
• Respond to data inquiries and assist in troubleshooting data-related issues.
• Assist in generating reports based on the entered data as requested.
• Participate in data quality audits and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
• Proficient in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work output.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
