The Opportunity

We're seeking an exceptional DevOps engineer to join our team as an early employee. This is your chance to be instrumental in scaling a proven AI platform with significant market potential.

Role Overview

• 6-month trial period, transitioning to a long-term role upon mutual agreement
• Full-time commitment required

• Opportunity to work directly with founders and shape our technical infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of our cloud infrastructure on GCP/Azure
• Design and optimize our CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable deployments
• Develop and maintain scalable server-side logic and ML serving platforms
• Collaborate with our AI researchers to bring cutting-edge models into production
• Drive critical technical decisions and contribute to product strategy

Our Tech Stack

Langchain/LangSmith, Scikit-Learn, Pandas, R, Sentry, OpenAPI, Celery, Crew.ai, React, WANDB, Meilisearch, Cohere, Anthropic, OpenAI, FastAPI on GCP/Azure.

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles
• Expertise in containerization, orchestration, and microservices
• Strong Python skills and extensive experience with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure)
• Proven track record in ML/AI technologies deployment
• Self-starter with the ability to drive projects from concept to completion
• Passion for AI and its potential to transform behavioral research

Compensation Package

• We're offering a competitive equity package that reflects both the critical nature of this role and our company's current stage:
• Equity: 35,000 - 52,500 shares
• Vesting: 4-year vesting with a 1-year cliff, starting after the 6-month trial
• Trial Period: Additional equity grant of 10,000 shares for the 6-month trial, fully vested upon successful completion
• At our current valuation, this package is worth $75,000 - $112,500 per year, with substantial upside potential as we grow.
