About the Role

Amazon is our largest and fasting growing revenue channel, accounting for over 30% of our annual sales , and we are looking for a high-impact eCommerce Account Manager to drive continued growth, performance, and operational excellence in our Amazon Vendor Central accounts across the US and Canada.

As the eCommerce Account Manager , you will oversee 400+ ASINs across Domestic, Direct Import, and Dropship programs , ensuring sales growth, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment with Amazon Vendor Managers. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, sales acumen, and strategic execution to optimize listings, maximize advertising performance, and drive revenue.

You will work closely with our Amazon agency, marketing team, and internal stakeholders to execute best-in-class content strategies, advertising initiatives, and operational efficiencies. This is a high-visibility, high-impact position , offering the opportunity to shape and expand our Amazon business in a meaningful way.

Key Responsibilities

🔍 Account Growth & Selling Strategy

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive Amazon sales growth , including identifying new opportunities, promotions, and pricing optimizations.
  • Analyze sales data, product performance, and market trends to make data-driven recommendations that enhance revenue and profitability.
  • Advocate for additional marketing support and investment from Amazon Vendor Managers by presenting compelling, data-backed business cases.

📦 Program & ASIN Management

  • Oversee a portfolio of 400+ ASINs across Domestic, Direct Import, and Dropship programs , ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
  • Lead the onboarding of new products and updates to existing listings, ensuring accurate product data, compliance, and best-in-class content.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking while optimizing supply chain efficiencies.

🤝 Vendor Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon Vendor Managers in the US and Canada, negotiating terms, resolving challenges, and aligning on growth objectives.
  • Collaborate on forecasting, promotions, co-op programs, and trade spend initiatives to achieve optimal sales performance.

📊 Data Analysis & Performance Reporting

  • Track and analyze key Amazon performance metrics , including sell-through rates, margins, and return on investment (ROI) for trade spend.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholders, recommending actionable strategies to improve sales and efficiency.

🎯 Content & Marketing Optimization

  • Partner with marketing, creative, and product teams to develop compelling, conversion-driven product listings.
  • Work closely with our Amazon agency to optimize content, A+ pages, Amazon Storefronts, and advertising campaigns for maximum visibility and performance.
  • Stay ahead of competitor activity and industry trends to identify new opportunities for brand positioning and market expansion.

⚙️ Operational & Issue Resolution

  • Oversee purchase order management and logistics coordination to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries across all Amazon programs.
  • Investigate and resolve operational challenges , including chargebacks, compliance issues, and listing suppressions, while implementing preventative measures to improve efficiency.
  • Continuously optimize internal processes and workflows to drive operational excellence and scalability.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing Amazon Vendor Central accounts , with a proven track record of driving growth.
  • Ideally, candidates will have above-average skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling) and be comfortable using Power BI for reporting . The ability to create and analyze dashboards, reports, and data visualizations is a plus .
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and performance metrics.
  • A sales-driven mindset with excellent negotiation skills and a passion for identifying growth opportunities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon’s operational requirements , including compliance, inventory management, and advertising best practices.
