Job Description:

As an Entry Level Investment Banking Analyst specializing in Business Services, you will play a critical role in our investment banking team. You will be involved in conducting financial analysis, performing market research, and assisting senior analysts and associates in executing transactions within the business services sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of financial services and to develop skills essential for a successful career in investment banking.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis: Perform financial modeling, including valuation analysis, discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, comparable company analysis (CCA), and precedent transactions analysis.
2. Market Research: Conduct industry research and analysis to identify key trends, competitive landscapes, and potential investment opportunities within the business services sector.
3. Due Diligence: Assist in conducting due diligence on potential transactions, including analyzing financial statements, preparing investment memorandums, and evaluating risks and opportunities.
4. Client Communication: Support senior team members in preparing presentations and pitch materials for client meetings, investor roadshows, and other business development activities.
5. Transaction Execution: Assist in managing the execution of M&A transactions, capital raising initiatives, and other strategic advisory services for clients in the business services industry.
6. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders to support business development efforts and enhance deal flow.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex financial information.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior internship or work experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields is preferred but not required.
