The primary function of this position is to support the various aspects of the Operations FP&A department as it relates to Capital Reporting. Develop reporting packages for Project Managers and Executive team.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

• Capital Expenditure Authorization (CEA) Function:
  • Maintain rolling CapEx tracker
  • Assist project managers with approval of CEA in MasterControl
  • Enter and maintain budget for approved CEAs in D365
• Capital Expenditure Authorization (CEA) Reporting:
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reports for Business & FP&A owners
  • Compile FY26 Capital budget from various functions
  • Maintain Cash Forecast for CEA projects
  • Review of CIP (Construction in Progress)
  • CEA Variance analysis

Qualifications

Intermediate skill in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint Advanced preferred.

• Well organized with attention to detail and ability to carry out tasks independently.
• Excellent project management, organizational and follow-through skill set.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor.

Experience

Not required, but prior Internship is a plus.

Education

• Current university student, majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration, entering their Junior or Senior year.
• Completed course work in Accounting.
