Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee all restaurant operations
• Address guest complaints and ensure a positive dining experience
• Manage staff training, inter-department communication, and scheduling

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
• Strong customer service and team leadership skills
• Energetic and adaptable
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends
