High-Volume Restaurant General Manager – Steamboat Springs, CO

Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience managing high-volume bar and casual dining operations, with $5M+ in annual sales.
• Background in overseeing multi-venue or large-scale operations is highly valued.
• Previous experience running a high-volume bar; bartending experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with the dynamics of a ski town is essential.
• Strong operational systems knowledge with a focus on driving profitability.
• Must possess an entrepreneurial mindset, while adhering to established systems before making changes.
• Management style centered on people and team development.
