Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via email with clear and prompt communication
• Moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with company policies
• Identify and address potential scams or fraudulent activities to maintain platform security
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
• Collaborate with teammates to enhance processes and improve customer experiences
• Provide precise information using the best tools and resources available
• Meet personal and team performance targets
• Work with internal and client teams to ensure seamless support delivery
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on moderation guidelines
• Support multiple workflows, clients, and markets as needed

Requirements:

• Fluent in German (C2 level)
• Fluent in English (B2 level)
• EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
• 0-1 year experience in customer support
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow
