As the Summer 2025 Graphic Design Intern, you will work with Bandwidth’s Internal Communications Team during creating and planning engaging visual content tied to the promotion and amplification of internal programs and initiatives, showcasing the unique stories and accomplishments of Bandmates.

What You'll Do:


  • Use art and design to provide internal communications support across teams and departments 

  • Create and expand upon internal brand identities

  • Leverage visual communication to both reflect and build upon company culture

  • Work on cross-functional projects with wide-ranging goals and priorities, specializing in graphic design and illustration

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of visual communications plans

  • Collaborate with teammates, providing unique perspectives and solution-oriented ideas

  • Partner with and build relationships with other interns for an innovative final internal comms project

What You Need:


  • Working towards a Bachelors degree in Art, Design, Multimedia, Communications or equivalent course of study

  • Strong visual design skills

  • Familiarity with digital design tools— Adobe Suite or equivalent software knowledge recommended

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects 

  • Interest in communications industry and emerging platforms 

  • Creative thinking

Bonus Points:


  • Interest in writing, videography, and photography are all major plusses

  • Portfolio and/or design samples are nice to have
