Signing Bonus: $1500

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00/hour, plus bonuses

Roundhouse, a rapidly growing developer and manager of diverse real estate projects, is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Groundskeeper. Founded in 2008, we have operations in four states with over 7,000 multi-family units and over 1.5B of assets under management. The groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the exterior appearance of our property. They will be required to perform a variety of tasks to ensure that the grounds, landscaping, and outdoor amenities are well-maintained and presentable to residents and visitors.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Reports to the Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor and receives direction, priorities, and daily assignments.
• Sweep and blow sidewalks, walkways, and parking lots to ensure cleanliness.
• Clean and maintain common areas and amenities such as courtyards, swimming pools, and outdoor grilling areas.
• Remove trash, debris, and pet waste from the property on a daily basis.
• Assist with snow and ice removal during the winter months.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and painting exterior surfaces.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety issues to the Community Manager.
• Maintains equipment used in the performance of this position and ensures that all equipment and supplies are stored properly.
• Follow all safety procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook, operations SOPs, and safety labels on all equipment.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and always represent the company in a positive manner

• One year of related experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of safety procedures.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Enthusiastic, motivated, team-player.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and climb ladders for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work in outdoor environments in all weather conditions.
