We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Administrator (HCA) to join our dynamic team.
The Healthcare Administrator (HCA) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our healthcare facility. This role involves ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, managing staff, optimizing patient services, and driving operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for improving patient care.
1. **Operational Management:**
- Oversee daily operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Collaborate with department heads to establish operational goals and monitor performance metrics.
- Implement and evaluate organizational policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
2. **Financial Management:**
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to optimize operational costs without compromising quality.
- Monitor billing processes and ensure accuracy in patient accounts and insurance claims.
3. **Regulatory Compliance:**
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Develop and maintain necessary documentation and reporting related to operational practices.
4. **Staff Management:**
- Recruit, train, and supervise healthcare staff to foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide guidance, and support professional development initiatives.
5. **Patient Relations:**
- Facilitate patient-centered care by overseeing patient flow, addressing concerns, and enhancing patient satisfaction.
- Implement patient feedback systems to improve service delivery and care quality.
6. **Strategic Planning:**
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans to enhance facility operations and services.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
7. **Technology Utilization:**
- Oversee the implementation and use of healthcare technology systems, such as Electronic Health Records (EHR), to improve operational efficiency and patient care.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in healthcare administration or management, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in healthcare management software and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
