Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a love of all things e-commerce to participate in a remote (non-pay) internship with our team. You will gain general e-comm marketing knowledge as well as hands on experience working alongside seasoned professionals.

Qualifications

Internship Dates: October 1st, 2024 - December 30th, 2024

Time Commitment: 10-15 hours per week, 3 days a week

Intern will work closely with our Paid Social Strategists assisting in (but not limited to):

• Ads Strategy
  • Analyzing past performance 
  • Finding inspo and helping create strategy
  • Writing ad copy
• Ad Acct Management
  • Implement Ads 
  • Implement new tests
  • Updating audiences (vv’s, etc.) 
  • Assisting to resolve tech issues 
  • Assist with budget analysis
• Reporting
  • Assist in updating performance dashboards
  • Adding in metrics to reporting software

General Responsibilities + Duties Include (but are not limited to): 

• Lead generation assistance
• Trello updates and maintenance 
• Google Drive updates and maintenance 
• Social Media scheduling
• Reporting + updating performance dashboards
• Assist in resolving client issues/requests
• Possible assisting on set and/ or prep for content photoshoots (if local)

Experience and Skills Requirements:

• Must be 18+ years of age
• Degree or pursuing a degree in Marketing or similar field
• You enjoy digging into data and watching it turn into something creative
• Data-driven with ability to connect results with goals
• Strong knowledge of Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok
• Experience with email platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
• Strong awareness of industry trends
• Experience with social media scheduling tools
