Location: Jupiter, Florida
Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00

At Aquafinity, we’re looking for a Help Desk Technician II to provide expert support and ensure seamless operation of hardware, software, and network systems. What You’ll Do:

• Respond to and resolve advanced technical support requests via phone, email, or in-person.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage escalated tickets from Help Desk I technicians and prioritize resolution.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and devices.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to Help Desk I team members.
• Document solutions and contribute to a growing knowledge base.
• Assist in deploying new technologies and systems.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.

What You’ll Bring:

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years in a technical support role.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications.
• Expertise in network troubleshooting and support.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with IT service management tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
• Knowledge of remote desktop applications and help desk software.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
