Job Description:-
must have 2-3 years' experience in "Break Fix" type of environment and "Fresh Service" software experience. Hardware swaps (mc, keyboards), password resets, etc.
The ideal candidate should possess the qualities below:
At least 3+ years of experience preferred but open to entry level candidates
AV monitoring through familiarity with MS Windows, OS and office productivity suite
Ability to Troubleshoot the following
Hardware
Software
OS issues on company desktops/laptops
Printer issues
VPN issues
Excellent Interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter
Team Player
Takes initiative
Energetic
Ability to interact with individuals in various levels of organization
