Licensed Health Insurance Agent

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking several Licensed Health Insurance Agents for an exciting temporary, remote opportunity! As the Licensed Health Insurance Agent, you will guide members through the decision-making process of selecting a health insurance plan that best meets their needs, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience while achieving sales targets in a competitive, team-oriented environment. This role offers $18.50/hour!

Responsibilities of the Licensed Health Insurance Agent Includes:

• Educate prospective members on health insurance options, helping them select the best plan based on their individual needs and eligibility.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, effectively communicating plan details and addressing questions with professionalism.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in compliance with company and industry standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team leads to leverage training, tools, and resources for continued growth and success.

Qualifications:

• Active health insurance license and at least 1 year of Medicare/Medicaid sales experience.
• Minimum of 1 year working in an inbound/outbound call center environment.
• Competitive, self-motivated individual with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools in a fast-paced environment.
