We are seeking Licensed Insurance Agents to support a major carrier. This is a remote position and will require you to take inbound calls on behalf of Medicare members.

Top 40% of agents will be kept post AEP for year-round work!

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, sales-driven, and teachable
• Active Health or Health Agent
• Knowledge and understanding of Medicare
• Ability to navigate multiple systems
• Proficiency with computers and web-based systems
• Must be willing to complete a background check
• Minimum internet upload speeds of 20Mbps
• Insurance Producer License (Required- in your resident state)

Responsibilities

• Must have a current Health Insurance Producer License (Provide NPN)
• Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services and best solutions to meet their personal health and financial needs
• Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner
• Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services
• Meet performance expectations including sales goal, call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence
• Attend team meetings and training sessions
• Provide consultative services including sales and customer service to Medicare beneficiaries
• Provide customer service to current members with an emphasis on customer retention
