Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic BOffice Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized detailoriented and possess a diverse skill set to manage various administrative tasks effectively.

Duties:

Oversee office operations and ensure efficiency in daily activities

Coordinate training development programs for staff

Manage administrative tasks such as filing recordkeeping and data entry

Assist with human resources functions including onboarding and employee relations

Plan and coordinate office events and meetings

Schedule management for appointments meetings and conferences

Experience in medical office management is a plus

Handle payroll processing efficiently

Maintain professional phone etiquette when interacting with clients and staff

Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial record management


Requirements

Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with standard office software applications
