Job Description

Great Career Opportunity! We are seeking an experienced Office Manager and Coordinator for our nationally recognized global research/investment firm based in Toledo, Ohio. This position includes all customer service and new business administration responsibilities and requires a substantial amount of multi-tasking with significant attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality and the ability to work under multiple task deadlines.

Required Skills and Responsibilities Include:

· A minimum of five years administrative experience in an office environment within the financial industry is required

· Solid knowledge of Wealth Management operations including accounting, real estate, retirement plans and trusts

· Proficiency with financial statements, QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite

· Client billing and proprietary client database responsibility

· Maintaining employee Policy and Procedures Manual

· Coordinating publications and research data

· BS/BA degree and professional designation and/or certification is preferred

· Professional, energetic, approachable, and entrepreneur “customer-first” type work attitude
