What You Will Do:

  • Connect Virtually: Engage with individuals and families to assess their insurance needs.
  • Guide Enrollment: Assist clients throughout the enrollment journey, providing professional guidance and support.
  • Respond to Inquiries: Address client questions and resolve any issues or uncertainties.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work with team members to ensure a smooth and effective enrollment process.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate and comprehensive records of client communications and enrollment activities.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Autonomous Work Ability: Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Customer Service or Sales Experience: Previous experience is advantageous.
  • Computer Proficiency: Skilled in using computer systems and software applications.
  • Adaptability: Capable of adjusting to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-Driven and Dependable: Must be self-motivated and reliable.
