Beltway Companies, the largest commercial truck dealership in the state of Maryland, offers full-service truck and warranty repairs for International trucks, Jerr-Dan bodies, Kalmar-Ottawa yard jockies, Cummins engines, and Eaton and Meritor drivetrains. We take the hassle out of truck operations with more than 92 service bays and over $3 million in stocked parts. Locations include Annapolis, Baltimore, Cumberland, Elkton, Frederick, Hagerstown, and Idealease of Baltimore.
Our parts drivers are an integral part of our best-in-class customer service, delivering and picking up parts and equipment for our customers and dealerships. We have an immediate opening for a driver based out of our Hagerstown dealership.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Over 70% travel, approximately 100-200 miles per day
Keeps an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups, including verifying invoices and payments
Maintains a timely schedule and professional interactions with customers
Handles basic maintenance of the truck: inspection and safety
Warehouse duties as assigned
GENERAL WORK QUALITIES REQUIRED
Clean driving record and current driver’s license
Able to obtain a DOT medical card
Good verbal and written communication skills and a positive attitude
Previous experience in transportation / warehouse environment preferred
Heavy lifting (up to 50lbs) required
