MML Hospitality, a dynamic group of restaurants, hotels, events, and retail establishments, is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Payroll Manager to remotely oversee payroll operations across multiple states, focusing on California and Colorado. This position ensures payroll compliance with federal and state labor laws, optimizes payroll systems, and supports seamless integration with employee benefits to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
Reporting to and collaborating closely with the Payroll and Benefits Manager, the Payroll Manager will spearhead initiatives to maintain accuracy, enhance processes, and ensure compliance in a fast-growing organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in payroll systems (e.g., Paylocity, 7Shifts, Toast), and experienced with multi-state payroll compliance, particularly in California and Colorado. They will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where clear communication and technical expertise are key.
