**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a passionate Early Childhood Education Lead Teacher to join our team. As an ECE Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and enriching learning environment for young children to learn and grow. Duties **Duties:**
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Implementing developmentally age-appropriate lesson plans
- Providing care and support for toddlers
- Managing classroom behavior effectively
- Developing engaging curriculum activities
- Educating children on early childhood development principles
- Ensuring a healthy classroom environment to maintain appropriate hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Promoting healthy family relationships that encourage family involvement
- Maintaining accurate records, forms, and files
- Adhere to all DHS state regulations and requirements
- Maintain a professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement
- Perform other job-related duties as deemed necessary by the facility director
Requirements **Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Uphold a healthy, personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- 2+ years of teaching experience in preschool or daycare settings
- Strong background in lesson planning and curriculum development
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Ability to educate and engage young learners effectively
- First Aid/CPR training certification - required
Nice To Haves - A degree in Early Childhood Education, CDA, or related field is preferred
- TECTA (Tennessee Early Childhood Training Alliance) Certification preferred
- Understanding of childhood development principles
