We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Printing Press Operator to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring high-quality print outputs while maintaining efficient operations. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various types of printing presses, including web offset and sheet-fed offset printing.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform mechanical assembly and machine setups for production runs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications to determine print requirements.
• Utilize digital and inkjet printing technologies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and assembly skills.
• Experience with machine setups for production runs.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with web offset printing, sheet-fed offset printing, and offset lithography.
• Basic computer skills for operating printing software and maintaining records.
• Prior experience in digital and inkjet printing is a plus.
