Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple fund clients, ensuring timely delivery of all client requirements.
Team Leadership: Guide and support your team by coordinating deliverable timelines and fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence.
Accounting Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of alternative investment fund accounting, particularly in private equity, to address complex financial transactions and provide sound judgment on accounting principles.
Business Development: Engage in discussions with potential and existing clients to explore new business opportunities and enhance service offerings.
Performance Management: Prepare and review career development plans for team members, conducting semiannual performance appraisals to support their growth and success.
Technical Guidance: Provide expert direction on technical accounting and client service matters, ensuring high standards in all deliverables.
Document Review: Analyze and interpret fund governing documents, investment management agreements, and transaction documentation to guarantee compliance with fund terms.
Financial Oversight: Review and ensure the accuracy of work paper files, management fee calculations, investor allocations, and capital account statements.
Audit Coordination: Manage the year-end audit process in collaboration with clients and auditors, ensuring a smooth and efficient audit experience.
Educational Development: Assist in developing targeted continuing education initiatives for team members, promoting professional growth and expertise.
Support Initiatives: Contribute to corporate goals and departmental initiatives, helping to drive success across the organization.
What We Offer:
Compensation: Competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
