Kelly is assisting our client in Chippewa Falls with a Production Assistant role. This is a temporary opportunity with potential for movement into a direct hire opportunity.

The basics of working as Production Assistant include:
• Assist Machine center operators with production equipment operation
• Perform set-up and adjustments of production machines
• Runs machines to produce product to customer specifications
• Input accurate counts into computer system
• Performs clean up activities in production area and building grounds as assigned
• Communication with Material Handler, Machine Operator, and other production operations employees

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure, and perform basic mathematical calculations required
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong communication skills
