What You'll Do:

Lead and Inspire: Mentor and support your team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Manage with Precision: Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Build Strong Relationships: Foster partnerships with community organizations, schools, and other stakeholders to advance shared goals.
Analyze and Improve: Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Communicate with Impact: Effectively communicate with diverse audiences, including community members, funders, and internal stakeholders.
What You'll Need:

Experience in program management, including budget management and team leadership
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in English and Spanish
Passion for promoting active transportation and community engagement
