Are you a passionate and experienced full-stack Software Engineer with expertise in React, PostgreSQL, and .NET? We're looking for someone like you to join our dynamic development team and support our innovative marketing platform!

Role Overview:

As a Software Engineer, you'll collaborate closely with our development team and report to the VP of Technology. Your role involves planning, engineering, testing, and delivering software solutions alongside your teammates. Communication and coordination with team members and internal stakeholders are key to ensuring we ship top-notch software to production.

What You'll Do:

Collaborative Development: Work with the team to plan, build, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
Technical Expertise: Apply your in-depth technical knowledge to tackle complex challenges and advocate for best practices, particularly in React design and engineering.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance our development processes, tools, and methodologies to boost efficiency and quality.
Quality Assurance: Focus on delivering robust and bug-free software products through thorough testing and quality assurance.

What We're Looking For:

Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Experience:
5+ years with React development.
5+ years with the Microsoft .NET technology stack.
Strong familiarity with agile development methodologies, especially Scrum.
Experience in cloud-based systems, with AWS knowledge being a plus.
Skills:
Proven ability in React, including state management patterns and hooks.
Experience with TypeScript and modern front-end build tools like VITE.
Hands-on with RESTful API integration and familiarity with GraphQL services like AWS AppSync.
Knowledge of cloud serverless ecosystems, particularly AWS services such as Lambda, S3, RDS, SQS, AppSync, API Gateway, and CloudFront.
Experience with infrastructure as code tools (AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform) is highly desirable.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented mindset. You're open to new ideas and understand the value of collaboration.

Bonus Points:

Experience with enterprise-level applications.
Previous remote or hybrid team experience.
