Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to homeowners using provided leads to discuss potential real estate investment opportunities.
Qualify Leads: Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the homeowner's situation, assess their needs, and evaluate the potential for a mutually beneficial investment.
Record Information: Accurately document lead interactions, conversation details, and any relevant information in our CRM system.
Follow-Up: Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads and maintain ongoing communication with potential sellers.
Coordinate with Team: Collaborate with team members to share insights and support each other in achieving our goals.
Qualifications:
Previous Cold Calling Experience: Proven experience in outbound calling, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage your time efficiently, and meet performance targets.
