Very busy, upscale salon with high-profile clientele in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking an efficient, positive, and detail-oriented receptionist to take on a full-time role.

We are a close-knit team, priding ourselves in delivering outstanding customer service and world-class hair. Our ideal candidate is a punctual self-starter with impeccable customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner that encompasses our top-class standards.
• Answer client inquiries via telephone, email, and text messaging. 
• Schedule appointments for over 30 stylists and colorists.
• Make educated recommendations on retail products and services.
• Maintain workspace cleanliness and organization of inventory/retail.

 

Qualifications:

• Previous salon experience or in-depth hair service knowledge is preferred.
• Proven record as an outstanding front desk coordinator, preferably at a hair salon.
• Prepared to work 8-hour shifts.
• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to multi-task and problem-solve.
• Excellent customer service skills and courteous, professional phone manner.
• Time-management and organizational skills.
• Experience using PC computers, POS or booking software, as well as web-based applications.
• Punctuality, integrity, and dependability.

 

Shifts vary, but candidate must be available to work Mondays - Saturdays. (Opening shifts start as early as 7:30 a.m. and closing shifts can go as late as 8 p.m.) Additionally, we offer a competitive hourly wage with commission on retail sales.
