The starting salary for this position is $23-$27 per hour ($47,840-$56,160 annualized)
Recruiting Coordinator Role: Manages full life cycle recruiting process; recruit, screen and recommend placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods for both internal and external candidate pools.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administer appropriate assessments, and make recommendations to hiring manager for both exempt and non-exempt position openings within the Credit Union.

Manages internal promotion/ transfer process including job posting, administering appropriate assessments, participating in interview if hiring manager requests, and tracking internal applicants by position, recording final hiring outcome of the application.

Manages current candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensures all external non management positions are posted with applicable state employment site. Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure updated information on the interview process status.

Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy.

Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations including Affirmative Action Plan compliance. Reviews annual Affirmative Action goals periodically to ensure recruiting focus is maintained.

Performs other job related duties as assigned.
Performance Measurements:
1.
Develop, maintain, and demonstrate current knowledge of applicable State and Federal Laws and recruiting best practices to ensure the Credit Union’s recruiting efforts remain compliant.

Prepare and deliver assigned reports in a timely, accurate manner.
3.
Keep management informed of key recruiting issues affecting the credit union or any department.
4.
Provide informed, professional, accurate service and support to all staff and job candidates.
5.
Regular reliable attendance.
6.
Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with external recruiting sources (i.e. colleges and universities, community groups, job posting sites) to ensure achievement of staffing goals
7.
Ensure the Human Resources department is informed of hiring decisions in a timely, accurate manner.
8.
Maintain all recruitment records according to Credit Union Retention Policy.

Knowledge and Skills:
Experience
One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Education
(1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree).
Interpersonal Skills
Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
