SAP GRC Architect

Location: 100% REMOTE ROLE Need people to work in Pacific time zone.

Duration: 6+ months

The general scope of the implementation involves the following:

FUNCTIONAL

• PTP Indirect: Ariba Buying and Invoicing with Guided Buying
• PTP Indirect: Commerce Automation
• PTP Indirect: Strategic Sourcing Suite (Sourcing, Contracts and SLP - Supplier Lifecycle and Performance Management) Total 10 users
• PTP Direct: Business Network for Supply Chain Collaboration (Pos, Invoices, ASN)
• PTP Direct: Business Network Planning Collaboration
• PTP Direct: Business Network for Supply Chain Collaboration Inventory add-on
• PTP Direct: Business Network for Supply Chain Collaboration Quality add-on
• OpenText: SAP Invoice Management by OpenText for SAP S/4 HANA (On Prem)
• OpenText: SAP Information Capture Core by OpenText
• OpenText: SAP Archiving and Document Access Core by OpenText
• Technical/ Integrations: DocuSign with Contract Management module, PTP Ariba Upstream / Downstream, SCC modules and OpenText to integrate with existing SAP S/4.
• Languages Ariba modules need to support: English
• Countries in scope: US
• Suppliers: ~800-900 suppliers, About 650-700 are EDI compliant,75-80 suppliers are 75% of volume

Required:

• Someone who can build controls and authorization profile/catalogs in Ariba as per client requirement. Should be available to work PST
• Experience working with SAP security and SAP GRC.
• Strong understanding of SAP GRC functionality and configuration
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA security and authorization concepts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team and to lead a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA required.
• Experience with SAP security and authorization design and development required.
• Ability to lead design discussions, requirement gathering sessions and implementation of security solutions.
• Experience with security for SAP PI, SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), BPC (Business Process Controls), Ariba, and SuccessFactors modules.
• Should have strong Ariba Supplier Risk and background and knowledge.
• Strong business process knowledge and expertise in Source to Pay Solution
• strong Ariba Supplier Risk module experience coupled with Ariba SLP Vendor Onboarding Solution
• Candidate should be well versed and needs to have strong experience with Supplier Risk Template configurations and Approval Phases
• Supplier Risk Engagement Project Template
• Needs to have strong knowledge in overall Supplier setup in all Ariba modules (SR/SLP/Upstream/Downstream)
• Good understanding of the integration points between the Ariba SLP/SR/Global Buying/Buying & Invoicing and SAP MDG and ECC systems
• Experience in implementing Ariba SLP and Supplier Risk for Global environment with multiple countries Localization experience
• Prior experience of adapting Ariba to a Service sector environment
• Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and present a concise recommendation for resolution
• Ability to translate the business requirement to technical requirements vice versa and effectively communicate to a broad audience
• A self-starter who holds themselves to high standards and is able to work with minimal direct supervision
• Ability to manage a process in a matrixed organization where individuals that you are relying on do not report directly to you
• Strong communicator; in writing as well as in presenting to senior leadership
• Certified SAP GRC Professional a plus.
