Senior Manager – Fashion Private Brand Operations ​

What you’ll do…​

As a Senior Manager, Fashion Private Brand Operations, you will work across the Fashion brand portfolio to support the private brand strategy. You will be a critical member of the Walmart Fashion merchandising team responsible for understanding, ideating, and transforming strategic business areas like private brand DNAs, rebrand/new brand kickoffs, 3rd party partnership contracts, legal clearances, royalty payments, and global governance. You will leverage cross-functional relationships, establish strategic priorities, often representing the brand DNA perspective, to identify and solution opportunities across people, process, and tech. Success in this role requires curiosity, a solution-oriented approach, an analytical mindset, influence, and a competitive spirit. You will use your executive presence to work with teams cross-functionally at all levels and navigate exciting, complex challenges.​

• You enjoy owning and developing plans for highly complex strategy, supporting long-term business plans, and executing prioritized strategic initiatives.​
• You are data savvy:  tell a story to make informed decisions as well as understand competition, customer behavior, industry trends, and the macro environment.​

You’ll make an impact by: ​

• Managing the Private Brand DNA development and improvements by partnering with business development and brand leads to address whitespace and market share opportunities and meet diverse customer needs.​
• Supporting growth of the omni-Fashion business to achieve plan.​
• Establishing and influencing high-visibility relationships.​
• Developing best practices and implementing new processes with cross-functional teams to manage legal clearance and usage of brand assets to drive brand consistency across categories and mitigate legal risk. ​
• Always looking for creative ideas to drive business improvements, innovation, and customer experience.​

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09416:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in brand development and
management, developing creative briefs, marketing, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in brand development and management, developing
