Summary

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, the overall purpose of the onsite Service Manager is to oversee and support a complex Services Program. The customer is a large telco service provider with many end-customers located around the world. Services include receipt and stocking client products, performing staging, pre-configuration, testing and repair of Network and other IT hardware, preparing outbound orders to ship to various countries, managing client dashboards, interacting (swivel chair) with client systems and other Logistics and field services.

Responsibilities 

•  To ensure Customer Satisfaction through proactive regular reviews, defined ownership, and continuous service improvement.
• Primary point of contact for Program inquiries and escalations.
• Collect, Manage and Present data on Cost and Operation Performance including monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.
• Assist management team in operational delivery.
• Advocate for Customer Goals, Objectives, and SLA Compliance
• Identify opportunities for new business within customer environment
• Manage monthly billing process and program financials
• Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement
• Assist with implementation and documentation of operational procedures
• Manage and track resource performance and skills development
• Perform/observe day-to-day tasks alongside the Operations team including but not limited to:
• Receive products into ERP system and stocking of products following business requirements.
• Fulfilling outbound orders from stock – Preparing shipments and packaging to ensure safe transportation to our customers.
• Staging and configuration procedures
• Inventory counts and general warehouse tasks as assigned.
• Willing to support the required business area based on daily demand: willing to learn and adjust easily with changing priorities
• Candidate must possess organization and precision with inventory control for multiple businesses operating in close proximity of each other
• Offer support in Quality Control team member checks/verifications as needed
• Assure accurate inventory counts and inventory balance information is maintained and reported using information in the inventory system.
• Assist in assuring a safe working environment
• Attend, participate, & successfully complete all training sessions and instruction.

 Qualifications, Competencies and experience

• Previous Experience in Service/Operations/Account management
• Strong communication, both written and spoken.
• Good sound knowledge of warehousing functions. 
• Proficient in business analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with IT Hardware and Networking equipment is beneficial
• Familiar with inventory control practices and methodologies
• Competent in standard IT Applications such as MS office suite, Excel, Adobe etc.
• Proficient in learning new software applications (Procurri in-house system (Morse), monday.com | Your go-to work platform various client tools).
• Attend and participate in Company meetings as required. 
• Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act and the Company's Health and Safety Policy.
