Siding & Gutter Installer

Winchester, TN

• Install siding and gutters for an established residential construction company
• Receive on-the-job, hands-on training as an entry-level employee
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines for a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members and complete projects efficiently
• Maintain tools and equipment to keep them in good working condition
• Communicate with clients in a professional & courteous manner
• Train alongside skilled installers and learn vinyl & Everlast siding and proper scaffolding and ladder setup
• Work full-time hours, from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, with overtime pay

Lapp Brothers Construction LLC is a construction company that focuses on exterior home remodeling, window and door installations, and siding and gutter work. We are hiring a Siding and gutter Installer who is willing to work side by side with a skilled installer and receive on-the-job training in vinyl and Everlast siding and metal board and batten. Our Ideal Siding & Gutter Installer:

• Experience : 1+ years in a construction-related industry or trade school. We are willing to provide on-the-job training for the perfect entry-level candidate.
• Detailed : Precision is crucial in siding and gutter installation. Must have a keen eye for detail to deliver high-quality results.
• Efficiency : Someone who works hard and efficiently without cutting corners to maximize the team's bonus potential.
• Safety-conscious: Someone who prioritizes safety for themselves and others by following our protocols and guidelines.
• Dependable: We value trust in our small, tight-knit team, so reliability and punctuality are essential to team-building.
• Problem-solver: Someone who can quickly assess an unexpected challenge, find practical solutions, and effectively communicate with the team.
• Active: Working in a physically demanding role with strength and stamina; this role requires bending, kneeling, using tools, climbing scaffolding & ladders. Must be comfortable with heights and lifting 75+ lbs.
• Tools required: You provide your tool belt and hand tools.
• Driver's License: A valid driver's license with a relatively clean driving record.
