The Spa Manager supports the Director in the planning and managing of the two major functions of the Spa to achieve customer (guest employee & owner) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals. Position is responsible for managing the Front Desk and cleaning teams. Suggests and makes recommendations for the budget marking plans and business objectives and manages within those approved plans.
Exempt managers must customarily and regular direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents. Primary duties must consist of administrative executive or professional tasks more than 50 percent of the time and job duties must also involve the use of discretion and independent judgement more than 50 percent of the time.
