Shift : 2nd, Monday – Friday, 3pm – 11pm

Job Summary and Mission:
Responsible for daily set-up, maintenance, operations, and running of an EP 30 Pressing Machine presses that are NC (numerical controlled) with robotics attached to them.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Working in a team environment safely, operating complex production equipment and tools in the manufacture and packaging of various products.
• Following blueprints, guidelines, diagrams and schematics to ensure product and customer specifications and tolerance levels are met.
• Executing equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and sustained production.
• Modify existing equipment and help design new equipment for continual manufacturing process improvement, providing quality control and in-process production testing.

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or general equivalent diploma.
• Physical requirements: Carrying/Lifting, standing, walking, pushing/pulling

• Manufacturing Safety – Knowledge of methods, accepted practices, considerations and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing safety.
• Robotics/Computer Controlled Machinery – Knowledge of robotics technologies and computer applications; ability to implement and operate them in an automated manufacturing environment.
• SPC (Statistical Process Controls) – Knowledge of the concepts, methods, tools, and objectives of statistical process controls.
