Anthos|Home is a groundbreaking startup dedicated to housing vulnerable New Yorkers. We're seeking a passionate and experienced Tenant Coordination Supervisor to join our team and make a significant impact on the lives of those in need of stable housing.

The Role

As a Tenant Coordination Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing a team of Tenant Coordination Specialists who work directly with young adults and families throughout their housing journey. You'll be the linchpin in ensuring our participants receive the support they need to obtain and maintain stable housing.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of 1-7 Tenant Coordination Specialists
• Manage caseload assignments and ensure balanced workloads
• Collaborate with child welfare agencies and homeless shelters
• Conduct case conferences and facilitate problem-solving
• Work closely with the Vice President and the Director of Tenant Coordination to meet team goals
• Work closely with Housing Acquisition Specialists and external partners, and participate in meetings as needed
• Oversee timely completion of welcome meetings and data entry
• Assist with housing placements and move-ins
• Monitor aftercare services and ensure participant stability
• Respond to housing and tenant-related emergencies
• Conduct regular supervisory check-ins and unit meetings
• Participate in on-call rotation and complete incident reports
• Conduct training to staff as needed
• Perform other duties as needed and assigned

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) preferred, MSW required and/or 2+ years of Supervisory experience in a Social Work role
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in housing and/or human services
• Passion for working with vulnerable populations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with NYC housing market and voucher system
• Experience developing community-based resources
• Willingness to travel and conduct multiple community visits
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, Salesforce
• Ability to work in a diverse environment

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive starting salary: $80,000 - $85,000
• Hybrid work environment (3-5 days in office/field per week)
