Salary : $62,400 - $72,800

Summary :

Client is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Tech - Sonographer to perform OB/GYN sonography examinations under the general supervision of a Physician. You will conduct diagnostic procedures according to departmental protocols, ensuring adherence to established standards of practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail , professional judgment , and the ability to provide appropriate patient care during assessments. Must have experience with probe disinfection following high-level departmental protocols.

Key Responsibilities :

• Must Haves :

  • Perform OB/GYN ultrasound examinations for clinical assessment and diagnosis.
  • Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of sonography findings .
  • Follow departmental protocols for high-level disinfection of probes .
  • Assess and monitor patients' conditions and provide appropriate care before, during, and after procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical judgment in delivering diagnostic services.

  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to provide quality patient care.
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvements within the department.

Required Education :

• Must Have :
  • Associate in Applied Science in Medical Sonography (or expected completion within 6 months of hire).

Required License :

• Must Have :
  • ARRT registry with ultrasound credential OR
  • ARDMS OB/GYN certification (within 12 months of employment).

Required Certification :

• Must Have :
  • American Heart Association BLS required within 30 days of hire.
