Job Description
Job Title: Web/Frontend (Angular/React) Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months
New Capgemini Onboarding Process Updates:
Due to additional onboarding requirements, a meet and greet is required for all new hires.
Selected candidates must be willing to go to the closest Capgemini/Client office location as indicated by the project team to meet and greet with a Capgemini team member prior to starting their assignment.
If the candidate is not local, Capgemini will pay the expenses.
Focus On:
Good recent 3-4 years of front-end dev experience (not team lead, manager, only designer, only architect).
Primary requirement is fast coding ability with good grasp of concepts.
They can have either react or angular in their resume.
They will probably go for both.
In case they go for one (either react or angular), the client feels experienced hands-on resources can pick up the other skill.
These initial set of days will be part of the core team and will lay the foundation so they will be looking for a bit of broad experience that comes with dev effort in multiple projects dealing with various types of technical challenges.
Otherwise, they are saying "narrow experience" and rejecting such profiles.

Should know how the frontend interacts with the data layer.
Experience about how CI/CD pipelines were set up or worked (May not be deep).
GCP experience they are using Spanner as database, GKE, Pub-sub (May not be deep).
Technical Skills:
Overall 3-7 years of professional experience.
Experience developing Web Application framework with NodeJS, React, Angular.
Experience on Web technologies such as CSS, HTML5, TypeScript, CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS etc.) Object oriented JavaScript.
Experience with concept of service API, caching, web component, content management, BFF, web security, SSR/CSR, micro services, identity management.
Experience with responsive, adaptive UI design and development.
Experience with UI sharing: Web Components, Micro-frontends, Control/Pattern libraries and tools.
Experience with the UX success factors accessibility, usability, and aesthetics.
Experience working in Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with Jenkins, CI/CD Pipeline, GIT, and other DevOps principles.
